Our toppers are carefully designed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair, creating the appearance of increased volume, density and scalp coverage whilst maintaining a realistic and comfortable finish.
Choosing the Right Topper
Godiva Human Hair Toppers are available in a variety of base sizes, densities and constructions to suit different levels of hair loss and coverage requirements.
The most commonly used base size is approximately 5x6 inches, providing coverage to the crown and parting area.
Lace Base Toppers
Lace-based toppers are lightweight, breathable and exceptionally comfortable to wear. They sit flatter against the scalp and provide a natural appearance, making them ideal for everyday use.
Lace toppers are frequently used as part of our Godiva Meshless® and Mesh Integration Systems, where additional security and long-term wear are required.
Silk Base Toppers
Silk-based toppers provide one of the most realistic scalp appearances available. The silk construction helps conceal knots within the base, creating the illusion that hair is growing directly from the scalp.

Important Information
Godiva Human Hair Toppers are designed to be worn using the attached clips or professionally installed as part of a Godiva hair loss system.
We do not recommend the use of glue, tape or adhesives on standard clip-in toppers unless specifically advised by a qualified hair loss specialist. Incorrect use of adhesives may cause damage to both the topper and existing hair.
For clients with more advanced hair loss, alternative attachment methods may be discussed during a consultation to ensure the safest and most suitable solution.
Before Wearing Your Topper
We recommend thoroughly inspecting your topper upon receipt and before removing any security tags.
Please note:
• Security tags must remain attached whilst inspecting the product.
• Once tags have been removed, the item is considered accepted by the customer.
• Removal of security tags may affect eligibility for returns, refunds or exchanges in accordance with our Returns Policy.
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions and the natural characteristics of human hair.Professional Advice

We offer a 7-day return period from the date your item is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and uncoloured
• Uncut and unaltered in any way
• Complete with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchaseThe removal of tags, alteration of the product, or removal of the original packaging will automatically void any right to a return, exchange or refund, including where a fault is later alleged.
Godiva Hair Loss & Wig Specialists cannot accept responsibility for shedding, damage, wear, alterations, or compromise to the hairpiece once tags have been removed and the item has been fitted, worn, styled, cut, coloured or otherwise altered.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you believe you have received:

Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange period from the date your item is received.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet all return eligibility requirements and be returned in its original condition.
Once the original item has been received and inspected, an exchange may be authorised.
Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanges.

• Any item altered following purchaseAs these products are specifically prepared for individual customers, they cannot be resold and therefore do not qualify for return, exchange or refund.
Online Consultations & Product Selection
Godiva Hair Loss & Wig Specialists provides guidance and recommendations based on the information supplied by the customer.
Customers remain responsible for confirming their chosen colour, length, density, weight, base size and product selection before purchase.
Godiva Hair Loss & Wig Specialists cannot be held responsible for incorrect ordering resulting from customer choice, misunderstanding, change of preference, or miscommunication during online consultations.
Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be granted where the incorrect item has been ordered based upon information provided by the customer.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow sufficient time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
Original postage charges, delivery costs and return postage costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued for the value of the approved product being returned.

Lost, Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
Any claims relating to lost, missing or delayed parcels must be reported to us as soon as possible so that an investigation can be opened with the relevant courier or postal provider.
Please note that no refund, replacement product, compensation or reimbursement will be issued for any parcel reported as lost, missing or delayed until the courier or postal provider has completed its full investigation and formally confirmed the outcome.
Investigation timescales are determined solely by the courier or postal provider and may vary depending on the nature of the claim. Godiva Hair Loss & Wig Specialists has no control over the duration of these investigations and cannot be held responsible for delays whilst an investigation is ongoing.
Where a parcel is confirmed by the courier or postal provider as lost in transit, any compensation, replacement or refund will only be considered once the investigation has been concluded and written confirmation has been received from the courier.
