Returned wigs must be unworn, unaltered and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Our custom handmade wigs are made from our 100% Russian human hair.
100% RUSSIAN HUMAN HAIR
All our wigs are made from our famous Godiva Russian human hair. Double drawn, soft and full of lustre. We use the highest quality lace frontals to create that real looking parting.
CUSTOM COLOURED AND HANDMADE
We make all our wigs by hand. Machine made wigs can often damage the cuticles of the hair during processing. Therefore all our wigs are custom made and hand sewed. We can create any combination of colours upon request from base, mixed, ombre and root stretch colours.
STYLING AND LENGTHS
The wigs are made from our Godiva Russian human hair, therefore you can treat the hair as you would your natural hair. They can be straightened, curled, crimped and styled in lots of different ways.
The wigs are available in any lengths from 12 inches to 28 inches.
GODIVA FIBRE WIGS
Made from the highest quality synthetic hair you will find anywhere. Super soft and full of bounce. They really do look like real hair. They have a fully wefted cap, straps to the nape of the neck and fit head sizes of 21'-23'. We have lots of variety of colour in stock including, balyage, highlighted and sunkissed.

We have a variety of ready made handmade wigs available to purchase in our online shop. All wigs come with an adjustable strap for personalised fitting for most head sizes. We also supply a wig cap to be worn with your wig, a aftercare leaflet to keep your wig in pristine condition and Godiva wig storage box.
If your prefer you can request to have a personalised wig made.
Please provide us with the following information: Head size (please see the below chart for measurements), length, colour combination or a send a picture of the colour you require making.
Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused uncoloured with tags, uncut and in its original packaging. The removal of tags or removal of the original packaging will void the return, refund or exchange, even if the goods are faulty.
Godiva cannot be liable for any shedding or compromising of the hair piece after the tags are removed and the hair piece is fitted.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Items that have been custom made, cut and coloured to your requirements. These include custom coloured - human hair wigs, fibre wigs, toppers, hair pieces, closures and frontals. These custom made items are made for customers not students.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
