We work alongside the NHS Supply Chain our Wig salon is based in South Yorkshire. This means we have a contractual agreement with the NHS to supply you with a wig customised to your requirements.

Your NHS voucher can be used against any of our wigs in stock, bespoke handmade wigs, clip in toppers and hair used in our integration systems for hair loss solutions.

We are unique compared to many other NHS wig salons, why you may ask?
Many other NHS salons purchase their wigs from branded wig suppliers by showing you the wigs in a brochure, they then order them and you return to try them on. Many branded wigs are often dated and not on trend.

CUSTOM COLOURED AND HANDMADE
We make all our wigs by hand. Machine made wigs can often damage the cuticles of the hair during processing. Therefore all our wigs are custom made and hand sewed. We can create any combination of colours upon request from base, mixed, ombre and root stretch colours.
STYLING AND LENGTHS
The wigs are made from our Godiva human hair, therefore you can treat the hair as you would your natural hair. They can be straightened, curled, crimped and styled in lots of different ways.

The wigs are available in any lengths from 12 inches to 24 inches.

Lace frontal wigs cover the front and sides of the head, while a full lace wig covers the full perimeter of the head, perfect if you like to wear your hair up while wearing a wigs.

WE OFFER A FREE 1 HOUR TRY ON SESSION WHERE WE COMPLETE A HEAD MEASUREMENT TO GAIN THE PERFECT FIT
We have over 200 ready made handmade wigs available to purchase at our salon. All wigs come with an adjustable strap for personalised fitting for most head sizes. We also supply a wig cap to be worn with your wig, an aftercare leaflet to keep your wig in pristine condition, wig stand and velvet bag.

How do I receive an NHS wig voucher?
We are aiming to break the mould in the wig wearing world, no more unrealistic NHS prescription wigs. Godiva wigs are as realistic as your natural hair.

So how does the NHS voucher scheme work​?
​
If you have lost your hair from a medical condition, Alopecia, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy etc.
​
You can make an appointment with your local GP to discuss your hair loss. Your GP can refer you to the Dermatology or Orthotics department at your local hospital.
Once your hair loss diagnosis is confirmed they will issue you with an NHS wig voucher.
​
Vouchers must be brought with you to the salon to redeem against our products.
​
The Postiche (Wig) Services will provide you with a voucher often £100 or £200 annually, this can be used to help you pay for your wig at Godiva Hair Loss & Wig Specialists.
